Workshop organized by the Cancer et Cognition Platform

A Workshop applied to the tools evaluating cognitive functions in oncology took place on July 4th, 2017 in Paris. This meeting gathered many experts from different fields: oncologists, neuropsychologists, neurologists, biologists, researchers, clinicians etc. The main objectives of the Workshop were to identify, describe, and recommend the most performing tools to evaluate cognitive and emotional functions both in animal and human studies in oncology. The meeting also aimed at proposing ideas to address cognitive troubles in cancer care. Following the Workshop, the expert group decided to work on a scientific article to propose guidelines and perspectives for future cancer and cognition research.
