On July 4th, 2017, the Cancer and Cognition Platform was invited to share its knowledge and expertise with the scientific committee of the LYSA (The Lymphoma Study Association). Cognitive impairments have been poorly investigated in hematology (except for brain tumors) and the few existing studies suggest that the impact of cancer and its treatments are quite similar to those observed for solid tumors. The meeting raised many questions and some ideas for future collaborations. The association “France Lymphome Espoir” indeed invited the Cancer and Cognition Platform to participate at a dedicated conference meeting (Nantes, February 10th, 2018) and asked for support to elaborate a questionnaire in order to evaluate the cognitive complaint among lymphoma patients.
